![]() ![]() Didn't make that much difference, probably. We could have been firm about it and made sure the door was pushed up against the bottom rail but we were kind. There may have been a time when the door fit snugly but it doesn't anymore. The ones we had had a door held on by a single screw, not two screws. I apologize if I am maligning someone on this board. Is that 1 or 2 mm (more likely 1) going to make a measurable difference in the race? Of course, all cars are being measured with the same gauge, so are all held to the same standard. The holes for mounting the door are only slightly larger than the diameter of the screws. ![]() If this is the one I manufacture, I'm surprised that there would be much "flex" at all. The issue that we have, is that there is enough flex in the "door" that closes so that a car a little over 7" can make it in there. ![]()
